41 Closer

Your salespeople,
back to closing.

An assistant that answers every driver enquiry in seconds, day and night, and hands your team the ones who are ready to rent.

150
leads a day across your team
20 to 30
leads a day for each salesperson
24 to 48h
before a driver rents somewhere else
11 to 12
deals a month per rep, against the 20 you want

"I want my salespeople to be very focused on closing. It is very repetitive. The drivers are professional consumers, and the questions they ask are quite straightforward."

Alan Ong, ComfortDelGro, 18 September
What it does

You asked for two things.
Here are ten.

All of it came out of our call. The first two are what you asked for. The rest you mentioned in passing.

What you asked us to fix2
It answers the package questions
Every enquiry gets your rental packages, the terms and what is available, in seconds. Your team stops being the FAQ.
It works while your team sleeps
A driver asking at 1am gets a real answer at 1am. Not on Monday morning.
What it fixes as well8
It checks what is actually free
Before it offers a car it looks at your fleet. You said the driver rents from whoever has the right model ready. It will never promise a car that went out this morning.
It fills HubSpot for you
The contact, the deal and the whole conversation land in HubSpot. Nobody has to type anything in.
Only the real ones reach your CRM
You said you do not want to dirty your CRM. Enquiries that go nowhere stay out of it.
It replies first
A driver messages five companies and rents from whoever answers first. Yours answers in seconds, every time.
Your rep starts with a full file
His name, his licence, what he drives now, when his contract ends and what he is looking for. Collected before your salesperson says hello.
It reads voice notes and photos
Drivers send voice notes and photos of their licence. It reads both and writes down what matters.
It keeps the slow ones warm
Plenty of drivers are two months off the end of a contract. It follows up on the date, so your team does not carry the list in their heads.
Every enquiry counted
How many came in, how many were real, how many reached a salesperson, how many rented. Without a spreadsheet.
How it works

Your team stays in charge.

It runs on the Meta WhatsApp Business API, on a number you own.

1
A driver messagesYour WhatsApp number, any hour.
2
It answers and qualifies himYour packages and your rates. It checks your fleet for what is free, and it reads his voice notes and photos.
If it does not know
It asks your salesperson on their own WhatsApp. They reply once. It answers the driver properly, and remembers for next time.
3
He is ready to rentIt hands him over.
Your salespersonGets the full file on WhatsApp
HubSpotContact and deal written for them
Your team watches everything. Every conversation shows up in a dashboard that looks like WhatsApp. Any salesperson can pause the assistant and take the chat over mid sentence. Nothing happens that your team cannot see.
Who we are

41 Labs, Singapore.

We started two years ago building custom AI systems, and incorporated as a Singapore private limited company this year. 41 Closer is our product: a WhatsApp salesperson connected to the systems a business already runs on. We build it and we run it. You do not need a technical team.

Who we build for

A few of the businesses we build for.

Different industries, same problem. More enquiries than the team can answer, and a short window before the customer buys somewhere else.

A Singapore industrial hardware group
Wholesale and trade supply
42,000 products, sold over WhatsApp. The assistant searches the whole catalogue, quotes the right item and checks stock before it answers.
Hertz, Ace Drive
Car rental and leasing, Singapore
Closest to your business. The assistant checks what is available, suggests the package that fits, and books the customer in.
Druk Asia
Travel, Bhutan specialist
Connected to their booking system. It quotes real trips and holds the rules on deposits and departure dates.
Wirasana
Vehicle rental, Bali
Same shape as yours. Inbound enquiries, a fleet to match them to, and a window of a day or two to answer.
How we start

Three steps to live.

It only performs if it knows your business properly. That means learning how your salespeople sell, and connecting to the systems that hold your packages and your fleet.

1. We meet your salespeople
We watch how a lead becomes a rental, and we write down every question your team answers in a week.
2. We connect your systems
HubSpot, your WhatsApp number, and your fleet list wherever it lives, in your system or in an Excel sheet. The assistant answers from real data and writes back to where your team already works.
3. Your first salesperson trials it
On real enquiries, before anyone else touches it. You tell us what to change, we change it, then it goes live.
The dates

Live on Monday the 26th of October.

1
Wed 23 Sep
We meet your two salespeople and see the process end to end
2
Fri 25 Sep
You send your packages, rates, policies and fleet list
3
28 Sep to 9 Oct
We design your sales flow and connect HubSpot
4
12 to 23 Oct
Your first salesperson runs it on real enquiries
5
Mon 26 Oct
Live, and the rest of the team goes on
swipe the timeline →

That date holds if we have your documents by Friday the 25th. Your team could start pulling them together this week and bring what they have on Wednesday.

What it costs

Two line items, no surprises.

Design your full AI sales flow
Every path a driver can take. Asking a price, choosing a car, checking whether he qualifies, booking a viewing, handing over to your salesperson. We map all of it with your team and build it around how you actually sell.
$4,800one time
Connect your systems
HubSpot, your WhatsApp number, and whatever holds your fleet and your rates, in your system or in an Excel sheet. So it quotes from real numbers, checks real availability, and writes back to where your team works.
$4,800one time
To build and launch it
$9,600
Then, monthly
Up to 1,000 chats a month. We run it, host it, and keep teaching it as your packages change.
$1,490per month

"If we close five deals I think we can cover the cost."

This is what you said on our call.
What the 1,000 means

You pay for the work that gets a driver to yes.

One chat is one driver, one conversation, from his first message to the moment he is booked in or gone. However many messages that takes. Here are two real ones.

A short one
He asks what a Prius costs for a week
It answers with your rate
He says he will think about it
1 chat. Three messages of work.
A long one
He asks what he needs to start driving
It checks his licence and his demerit points
It looks at your fleet for what is free this week
It compares two cars on what he would pay
It reads the photo of his licence he sends
It books him in and tells your salesperson
It writes the contact and the deal into HubSpot
Also 1 chat. A lot more work.

Both count as one chat. How much of your plan a chat uses depends on how much you ask it to do inside the conversation. We size your plan on a normal mix of the two, then we measure what your drivers actually do in the first weeks. If 1,000 turns out to be the wrong number for you, we move you to the right plan rather than let you find out on an invoice.

What counts against it
Counted
  • The assistant talking to a driver, start to finish
Free, every month
  • Your whole team in the dashboard
  • Every extra salesperson you add
  • Writing contacts and deals into HubSpot
  • Reading the photos and voice notes drivers send
  • Us tuning it as your packages change
  • Hosting and running it

Go past 1,000 in a month and we add more and tell you first. There is no per seat fee and no charge for the people using it.

Wednesday 23 September, 3pm

Bring your two salespeople.

We want to hear how they actually work before we build anything. Bring a few real chats and walk us through the process end to end.

Ask me anything before Wednesday
